Katharina is a Guide in the Sacred for seekers, leaders, and healers. She helps them lead from Soul, create from Source, and serve life by merging ancient wisdom with in-depth business acumen. She holds sacred space at the intersection of ancestral shamanism, plant medicine, personal and business evolution. Her spaces are specifically curated for people with sacred visions for humanity and Mother Earth: leaders, change makers, entrepreneurs, holistic therapists, and all those who wish to live a free and self-determined life. Katharina bridges the seen and the unseen, the strategic and the mystical. A skilled Seidkona (wise woman) and seasoned executive advisor, she has the ability to get to the heart of any matter with incredible speed and clarity, going beyond preconceived ideas and established beliefs with ease. Her gift is to navigate and shift energetic fields, and to make the multidimensional tangible: releasing deeply held patterns, reconnecting with essence, and activating purpose – irrespective if she facilitates ceremony or consults on a business endeavour. Her insights are precise and actionable, instantly shifting perceptions and status quo. They catalyse personal breakthroughs and enable lasting real-life changes across all dimensions of life and business. She is the founder of Serving Life Global. Together with her husband Israel, an Amazonian curandero from the Yagua-lineage, she is also the co-founder of Santuario Pachaymanto, an ancestral plant medicine centre in the Amazon rainforest of Peru. Together with their kids they are based in Switzerland and Peru.

Her path

Katharina has had a strong extrasensory perception since childhood and began to explore shamanism, energy medicine, and consciousness expansion as a teenager. She completed her first training in energy medicine at the age of 19. From there, her path led her into mediumship, Reiki, Tantra and, above all, deeper and deeper into the shamanic wisdom traditions. She is deeply rooted in Seidr, a Northern European ancestral tradition that has shaped her path as a Völva (seer) and Seidkona (wise woman) for decades. For more than 20 years, she has been learning from shamans and healers in Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Mongolia, Peru and Canada. At the same time, she studied with some of the world’s leading experts in energy medicine, holistic transformation and personal development. Katharina practises since 2008 and teaches worldwide since 2016.

Katharina combines her spiritual path with more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant in leadership and executive advisory at Big 4 and boutique firms. She helps C-suite leaders transform global businesses and has extensive experience running large-scale change initiatives across business, operations and IT. As a shaman and executive advisor, she helps leaders and organisations build a world that serves Life – through leadership expressed as sacred service, and enterprises that operate as living nexuses in the web of Life.
