Israel is a curandero, a healer in the tradition of Amazonian curanderismo, which he has practised since childhood. In his healing craft he combines the knowledge of his ancestors with guidance that is adapted to our modern times and needs. In addition to the well-known Amazonian master plants such as ayahuasca, tobacco and cacao, Israel also works with many other master plants such as Chiric Sanango, Sacha Ajo, Mucura, Renaco and San Pedro. In Switzerland, he often uses European medicinal plants such as holly, artemisia, wild garlic, nettle, verbena, lemon balm, mint, mallow and many other native herbs, bushes and trees. In addition to retreats in the Amazon rainforest and Switzerland, Israel also offers individual treatments and ceremonies that he tailors to you and your life circumstances. Detoxification & Purification

Detoxification has long been part of our everyday lives. When performed in a shamanic manner, its effectiveness increases many times over though – because the body, mind and soul are treated holistically, and the plant can support detoxification in a completely different way. Israel combines energetic cleansing with tobacco and a fresh plant decoction for ingestion. Depending on the season, this is usually made from wild garlic or nettle, or alternatively Epsom salts or Ojé (an Amazonian master plant).

“Retiros" and "Dietas"

Retiros and dietas both involve retreating from society into solitude in order to communicate with a plant spirit. They serve the purpose of healing and consciousness expansion. Both are great tools for inner transformation, as they open up a very wide space for gaining insight, and combine it with powerful cleansing and rejuvenating properties. Israel uses various plants for this purpose, including Chiric Sanango, Sacha Ajo, Mucura, wild garlic and stinging nettle.
